All-Purpose : For cutting different things. For pruning trees and felling bamboos in bamboo forests, as well as for DIY projects.

Bamboo: Ideal for cutting bamboo in bamboo forests, this saw is designed to ensure clean cuts when cutting bamboo. It can also be used for DIY projects.

Green Wood : The increasing teeth pitch allows high cutting performance. Perfect for professional gardeners for pruning green wood efficiently.

Forestry : The taper ground blade without set prevents damaging the material and makes clean cuts. For making extra clean cuts, ideal for forestry work.

Size : A saw is used by moving the arm in a pendulum motion, with the shoulder as an axis, so a 270mm saw is recommended for taller people.

One-Touch Auto Lock Case

The saw is locked when inserted in the scabbard. This prevents the saw from getting caught on a tree and becoming loose and accidentally dropping it at work sites. The saw can be easily pulled out of the scabbard with one hand by pressing the button with your finger.

Scabbard With Protection Rollers

Rollers are embedded inside the opening of the scabbard, and this reduces damages on the scabbard caused by inserting and removing the saw. It also allows smooth performance when removing and inserting the saw.

Stored Both Ways

The grip can be stored facing either left or right.

Non-Slip Screw

A thumb screw is used for blade attachment. The screw head is coated with elastomer resin for non-slip effect. The back of the screw is also coated with elastomer resin to prevent it from loosening.

No Tool Required for Blade Replacement.

Thumb screw allows easy blade replacement without any tools.

Light-Weight Grip

SHINKA grip only weighs about half the weight of plastic handles we use on other saws. Made of polypropylene resin, its shape and rib structure make the handles even more robust. Lightweight grip is easy to work with.

Removable 3-Way Belt Loop.

Low : If you prefer attaching the saw lower on your waist line, unfold the belt loop and put the belt through the loop. This way the case will be attached lower, making it easier to remove the saw.

High : Fold the belt loop and put the belt through the loop. This way the saw will be attached higher along the waist line, preventing the tip of the case from touching the ground when you squat down.

Hook : Fold the belt loop and just simply hook it on the belt.

Removable Belt Loop : Press the [PUSH TO REMOVE] button on the back of the case to remove the scabbard from the belt loop. This is especially useful for easily removing the saw with a scabbard for breaks between tasks and when attaching the saw onto the leg.

Case with Utility Holes

There are utility holes along the sides of the entire scabbard. One can use these holes to attach the saw onto the leg with attachment bands. You can also use these holes to attach another smaller saw or pruning shears onto the scabbard. This way, you can easily remove both tools together, which is convenient when taking breaks. You can attach a fall prevention strap onto the small hole at the very top of the utility holes. Recommended for working at height.

Leg Attachment Bands

A pair of attachment bands for attaching a SHINKA scabbard onto a leg. It can also be used to attach a scissors case, etc. We offer attachment bands and the saw separately. -- Check Details --

Dust Hole

There is a hole at the bottom of the case for removing saw dust and dirt.

Strap Hole

There is a strap hole at the end of the grip. Please make use of this hole by attaching a fall prevention strap when working at height. It's designed so that the strap metal fitting does not get in the way when working.

Pefectly Fit Grip with High Visibility Color

Orange-red, a high visibility color makes it easy to locate the saw in the field, forest, and other work sites. The grip is made of elastomer resin, which has an anti-slip effect. Additionally, dimple pattern on the grip makes even better grip feeling.

Interchangeable with FUGAKU FL Series Blades

All FUGAKU FL Series blades can be attached onto SHINKA saws.

Notes for attaching FUGAKU FL series blade onto SHINKA.

- Due to differences in blade lengths, the saw may not fit completely in the scabbard if you purchase the wrong size. Please make sure to purchase the blade with the same length as the one you use now.
- You can attach a replacement blade for FUGAKU FL Series curved saws onto SHINKA grip, but it will not fit in the case because of the difference in blade shape.
- FUGAKU FL Series grip (L-A grip) does fit in SHINKA scabbard, but one-touch lock mechanism does not work in this case.

SELECT Series Compatible Scabbard

The AL-S and AL-M grips for SELECT Series fit into SHINKA Series scabbard. One-touch lock mechanism works with SELECT grip.
