Product Development Based On Needs

As a manufacturer of edged tools, we develop products according to changing needs with the times. In order to make high quality products, we develop our own manufacturing facility and set detailed check points such as image processing test. We will continue to work on various customer needs and challenges.

Our Actions For The Global Environment

Foreign sales takes over 40% of our total sales. We work closely with our business partners in western countries and meet their request to reduce the use plastics. We installed demand controller and solar panels for carbon offset credits. We will continue to take actions for the environment.

Making A Positive Work Environment

We offer short working hours and paid parental leave on hourly basis and a half day so our employees can balance both parenting and work well. We hold an interview with each staff regularly to make a better work environment. We will continue to make a positive work environment.

Contribution To The Local Community

We have been offering an internship program for high school students for years, and we focus on hiring locally. We also actively participate in local activities including ones offered by Ono Chamber of Commerce & Industry. We will also work hard to promote hand tools made by local blacksmiths through our group company.
