RAZORSAW Flush Cutting Saw Single Edge

The blade width decreases towards the tip. Great for working in a narrow space.

Fine teeth with teeth pitch 1.0mm. The blade width is smaller towards the tip. You can cut small things, so it's great for craft work. The blade is only 0.3mm thick and is flexible. You can stabilize the saw by putting the handle on the material you are cutting. You can cut dowels this way. Since the handle is made of wood, it will not leave any damages or marks on the material.

Dozuki

Unreplaceable Types

Special surface treatment

Laser marking
- Item number of replacement blade is marked on the blade , identifying which blade to purchase. Details are permanently marked by laser.
Impulse hardening
- The surface of the blade is super hard but inside is flexible. They are strong against fruction and they last longer.

Crosscut blade
- Crosscut saws cut wood fibers at certain width. If you use crosscut saw for making rip cut, you cannot make smooth and easy cuts.
Hijirime
- Hijirime is making variation on the height of the teeth edges. It greatly improves cutting quality. Lower edges removes saw dust.
Teeth without sets
- To avoid scratching the material. The blade is not processed to spread it to the left or right.

Double edge flush cutting saws let you cut materials in two different ways.
