Lineup

Razorsaw A with rattan handle, Razorsaw A with TPE GRIP, Razorsaw ZA with rattan handle, and Razorsaw ZA with TPE GRIP

You can make fine cuts, and they are ideal for craft work. The blade is only 0.3mm thick. They come in two different styles, A and ZA. Razorsaw A is our regular craft saw, and Razorsaw ZA has a curved tip which you can use to make holes on a flat surface. Available with a traditional rattan handle or TPE grip.

RAZORSAW A

Great for craft work for making fine cuts!

0.3mm thin blade with a traditional rattan handle. They are great for finishing work. The blade is firmly attached to the handle with a full back metal.

Use

For carpentry work, wood crafts, bamboo crafts, making furnitures, and musical instruments.

MDF panel, Ply wood, General timber, Bamboo material, Formica laminate, Laminated wood, and Particle board (OSB)

    • By changing the blade, have cutting quality of a brand new saw. Item number of replacement blade is marked on the lower right side.
  • Rattan handle
    • Rattan handle gives you good grip even when you sweat. It is the traditional rattan handle that fits perfectly in your hand.
  • Straight handle
    • Our saws with straight handles are mostly for indoor use. There are single edge saws and double edge saws.
  • Special surface treatment
    • Surface of the blade is coated with nickel, and it prevents rusting.
  • Laser marking
    • Item number of replacement blade is marked on the blade , identifying which blade to purchase. Details are permanently marked by laser.
  • Impulse hardening
    • The surface of the blade is super hard but inside is flexible. They are strong against fruction and they last longer.

    • Crosscut saws cut wood fibers at certain width. If you use crosscut saw for making rip cut, you cannot make smooth and easy cuts.
  • Hijirime
    • Hijirime is making variation on the height of the teeth edges. It greatly improves cutting quality. Lower edges removes saw dust.
  • Teeth with sets
    • By putting sets on the teeth, it prevents the blade from being stuck in between the material.

RAZORSAW A TPE

Fine cut saw with the best cutting quality!

A TPE grip that uses elastomer resin for the entire grip and does not slip anywhere. The blade is just 0.3mm thick. They are ideal for finishing work. The blade is firmly attached to the handle with a full back metal.

RAZORSAW ZA TPE

Saiku fine cut saw that can cut holes.

A TPE grip that uses elastomer resin for the entire grip and does not slip anywhere. The blade is just 0.3mm thick. You can make holes on a flat surface using the curved tip. Long back metal holds the blade firmly.

RAZORSAW TATEBIKI

For making tenons and for cutting hard wood!

Rip teeth are good for both rip cutting and cross cutting, and for making tenons. Rip teeth can do tough work, so they are also useful when cutting hard wood such as decking materials and plastic. Dozuki with a blade that's 0.3mm thick.
