Folding Saw With a Straight Beech Handle

Compared to our Folding Saw Series, the handle is more straight and the blade is wider. They have fine teeth, so it's perfect for fine craftwork and general woodwork. They come with a beech handle.

Blade length: 240mm
Dozuki Super Hard: teeth pitch: 1.5mm
Dozuki Universal: teeh pitch: 1.5mm
Kataba Super Hard: teeth pitch: 1.9mm
When folded, the length is 290mm.

Compact Size For Easy Storage

240mm blade works well for general woodwork. The whole length is 535mm but when it's folded it's 290mm long. This is smaller than our 180mm series which is 390mm long.

Blade Width

Unlike general folding saws, blade is wider, so it's ideal for fine detailed work and finishing work. Dozuki Super Hard and Dozuki Universal have a long back metal for supporting thin blades. Kataba Super Hard has a short back metal for cutting through thick wood.

Lock Mechanism

Simple and easy. When unfolding the saw, a stopper locks the blade firmly in its place. You only need to push the stopper when folding the saw.

Wooden Handle

Wooden handle made of beech with a nice grip feeling.

Easy Blade Replacement With One Screw

We use a tapping screw, and you only need to remove this 1pc of screw for blade replacement. *If the blade cannot be easily removed, loosen a pivot screw on the handle just a little.

FUGAKU Dozuki Super Hard

Easy storage! A saw with a straight handle for detailed work. Rounded tip is for cutting a hole on a flat surface mid panel.

0.3mm Dozuki saw that can be folded and easily stored. Long back metal holds the blade firmly in its place.

Use

For carpentry work, wood crafts, bamboo crafts, making furnitures, and musical instruments.

  • Dozuki extra fine
    • Dozuki wide type can cut materials up to 60mm thick. Tatebiki Noko Dozuki Style can make both crosscuts and rip cuts.
  • Replaceable blade
    • By changing the blade, have cutting quality of a brand new saw. Item number of replacement blade is marked on the lower right side.
  • Folding saw
    • Blade can be folded into the handle. You can put them in your tool box.
  • Straight handle
    • Our saws with straight handles are mostly for indoor use. There are single edge saws and double edge saws.
  • Wood handle
    • Wooden handles are strong against humidity and dirt. Handle does not get slippery even if you sweat.
  • Special surface treatment
    • Surface of the blade is coated with nickel, and it prevents rusting.
  • Laser marking
    • Item number of replacement blade is marked on the blade , identifying which blade to purchase. Details are permanently marked by laser.
  • Impulse hardening
    • The surface of the blade is super hard but inside is flexible. They are strong against fruction and they last longer.

  • Crosscut blade
    • Crosscut saws cut wood fibers at certain width. If you use crosscut saw for making rip cut, you cannot make smooth and easy cuts.
  • Hijirime
    • Hijirime is making variation on the height of the teeth edges. It greatly improves cutting quality. Lower edges removes saw dust.
  • Teeth with sets
    • By putting sets on the teeth, it prevents the blade from being stuck in between the material.

FUGAKU Dozuki Universal

Compact universal folding saw! Perfect for making wood joints such as dovetails.

Universal saw with a 0.3mm thick blade. Universal teeth can cut in all directions: along, across, and diagonally across th grain. Perfect for making wood joints for furniture making and fine woodwork. The long back metal holds the blade firmly in its place.

Use

For precision woodworking, making furnitures, carpentry work, scalpturing, musical instruments, and bamboo crafts.

General timber, Deking material, Ply wood, Laminated wood, Ebony, Rose wood, Formica Laminate, MDF panel, and Acrylic resin

FUGAKU Kataba Super Hard

Compact folding saw perfect for keeping in a tool box. It's a must have tool for all carpentry work.

0.6mm tough blade for carpentry work and woodwork. It comes with a short back metal for making deep cuts.

For woodworking, carpentry work, and making furnitures.
